I would recommend Calibur to anyone for collision or body repair on their vehicle. Our service advisor, Mitchell, was very attentive and helpful. They excel in customer service.

Fast and professional service! My service advisor Mitchell, was great! He explained everything and the company kept me informed and helped with my rental process. I got the car back when promised and it looked fantastic inside and out! No complaints. I would recommend this location if needed!

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision after my accident. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me through the process. They did an excellent job repairing my truck and kept me informed along the way. What stood out the most was how hard they worked with the insurance company on another issue that was caused by the accident. Unfortunately, the insurance company wouldn’t cover it, but that definitely wasn’t because of a lack of effort from Caliber. They truly fought for me and tried everything they could to help resolve the situation. When I picked my truck up, I noticed the front driver-side tire was flat because it had picked up a nail while the vehicle was there. The tire couldn’t be repaired and needed to be replaced. Without any hesitation or arguments, Caliber sent me to the tire shop and covered the entire expense. That level of customer service and accountability is rare these days. Everyone there was great — from the girl at the front desk to the manager who stepped in immediately to make sure everything was taken care of. They treated me with respect and made a stressful situation much easier to deal

This is a great car repair shop. The customer service, from the receptionist, the mechanics, to the claims manager were all very friendly. They kept me updated constantly on the state of my car and I got my repair done relatively quickly. They were glad to tow my car to another location to repair it faster, and then tow it back closer to my apartment so I could pick it up easier. I highly recommend this place.

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The customer service was top tier from the very first day until the day I picked up my car. The team kept me informed throughout the entire process and provided regular updates on the progress of the repairs. When I finally got my car back, it looked brand new! I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and great results.
